SAN LORENZO is a real GEM. The strategic position makes it an ideal place to relax after a day exploring Florence and its surroundings. Located on the second floor of an old building in the historic centre of Florence (no elevator), the apartment is very comfortable and furnished with great care. This charming and unique apartment has been recently redecorated with great care and attention to details. The apartment has two double bedrooms, a large living room with sofa bed and dining area and a fitted kitchen with everything you will need for preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer etc .), a large bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. TV, WI-FI and Air Conditioning complete this wonderful apartment. You can park in the garage (to be paid on the premises) located a few steps from the apartment so that you can easily enter the city centre by car and park even though we are in ZTL (limited traffic zone).

Ideal for couples or families with children or a group of friends, the district offers everything you might need during your stay. Just a stone throw away you can find: bank, pharmacy, bars, bakeries, ice cream shops, pizzerias, typical and ethnic restaurants, supermarkets, hairdresser, laundry, bus stop and all the major monuments of the city. We are in fact in the most historic areas of Florence, San Lorenzo with its Basilica and the Medici Chapels, the Duomo, as well as its picturesque fruit and vegetable market and various markets. In this lively district, with its antique market, you can relive the authentic Florence with its vibrant bustling life, sounds and flavors of food and wine traditions, crafts and original art. This area of town still retains the characteristics of the Tuscan tradition that can be found in some local dining options, including the tripe in the Central Market, and various food and craft products of the market and nearby shops. Once the market and the shops are closed, the neighborhood comes alive with the vibrant "nightlife" of nearby Via Faenza, Via Nazionale, Via dell'Ariento, Via de Ginori.
