The property was the subject of a careful and complex restoration carried out in a manner faithful to the original plant and is placed on the top of a rocky cliff overlooking the valley below, surrounded by a series of stone terraces that together with the architectural design of the property revive the idea of a Medieval Caravanserraglio (a "caravansary" as he was also in his time).
The site is surrounded by a private park and fenced by oaks and cypresses (5 hectares of land) that alternate with many green spaces. Here there is the beautiful swimming pool carved into the rock in front of the side entrance of the Villa.
