We are in the heart of the Porto Piccolo of Syracuse called Sbarcadero where it represents the second most important Natural Port of Syracuse a few steps away from the wonderful Island of Ortigia. The structure consists of 5 Wonderful Rooms set in one of the largest buildings in Syracuse where it stands from a large thermal complex '' Terme di Dafne '' from the Byzantine era of this majestic street that designates its splendid position. To visit the Archaeological area you can go either on foot or by car and we suggest parking the car in a street called Via San Simeone 9 of which we own another accommodation facility San Marciano that will allow you to find free parking on the street and visit the Archaeological Park, Sanctuary, Catacombs of San Giovanni and Paolo Orsi Museum in complete comfort. Since Ortigia is a historic center it enjoys the limited traffic zone called Ztl zone which applies different access times in different periods of the year therefore we always suggest going on foot from San Nicola Rooms Piccolo Hotel. We inform you that the check in time is scheduled from 15:00 p.m until 20:00 p.m any delays or night arrivals require communication.
