Super central apartment located right in the main Piazza of San Gimignano, overlooking the Duomo. Great location in the vibrant heart of the town with all services at your doorstep: chemist, cafés, restaurants, groceries, museums, tourist information office.. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic building with no lift, to enter the accommodation you need to climb 35 steps. You couldn't find a better location, the apartment is worth it for the direct view of Piazza Duomo: from the windows you can enjoy shows, festivals, concerts.. and all other events scheduled throughout the year. The accommodation consists of: a bedroom with double bed 160x190cm, a cozy small living room furnished with dining table, chairs, two armchairs and a Smart TV (you can log in with your own Amazon Prime or Netflix account), an equipped kitchen with 4 burners hob, italian ''moka'' coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, a bathroom with bathtub/shower, a room outside the apartment (one floor down, in the same building) used as a storage room/bike storage. We also provide an iron and ironing board, there is free Wi-Fi and an air conditioner (window a/c unit) has been recently added. Heating is centralized. In addition, you will find a food basket in the kitchen (included in the price) so that you can easily settle in even if you arrive late. For all practical information, recommended restaurants, useful numbers etc. you can have a look at the visitors' book in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is located in the historic centre in a ZTL area. Due to the central location of the apartment in the evening or in the morning you may hear some noise coming from the square below for different reasons: the street sweepers which pass by to clean, the technicians in charge of assembling the scaffolding for events and/or concerts, the Thursday morning weekly market.. If you are a light sleeper, we therefore suggest you not to stay here. You can easily park just outside the walls. The most recommended options for parking are: Parking P3 Bagnaia, under video surveillance and paid at a cost of euro 15.00/day, from here the apartment can be reached in 8-10 minutes on foot slightly uphill; or you can park for free all along Via Cappelletti, a residential area with free parking spaces marked with white lines; you just have to check the signs relating to street sweeping day. From here the apartment can be reached in 10-12 minutes on foot uphill for the first stretch and then slightly uphill once you arrive at Porta San Matteo. For those with a lot of luggage, we recommend to bring with you only the essentials.
