Our aim is to enhance the apartment you will visit, trying to make guests feel at ease without invading their privacy. Hence our choice to allow guests to access and check-in in total freedom and at the time they prefer, obviously after the necessary cleaning and tidying up. We are always available for requests, advice and needs, also through a dedicated number active all day except night. Once you reach the indicated address, you will have the peace of mind of having your own parking space, insured, a rare commodity. From here you can unload your luggage, take the keys in complete autonomy and go up to your accommodation. Once you enter the building, the elevator will take you up to the sixth and penultimate floor. Two short flights of stairs separate you from the entrance door, located on the seventh attic floor. Once you cross the threshold of this intimate little gem, a quick access panel to the free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home. On the left, part of the wardrobe with hangers, will be at your disposal to store your clothes. The generous bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, large mirror, hairdryer and shower. Returning to the living area, this is composed of a complete kitchen equipped to face even the longest stays. A hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer, a kettle and a moka coffee machine are all you need to prepare tasty food to share on the terrace. The gas stoves are powered by two large cylinders located on the terrace. A table with 4 seats completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, pots and pans of various kinds. Here there is a sofa bed for one person and the TV. The weather is not always mild and the children might find it pleasant. In this room there is a cold and hot air conditioner to regulate the temperature. The attic Suite, with a view of the terrace! Composed of a Queen Size bed and a small chest of drawers to store your belongings. Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed. Zinola (Zino-a or Zinou-a in Ligurian) is a neighborhood located on the western outskirts of Savona, on the natural border with the municipalities of Vado Ligure and Quiliano. The area, like a good part of the suburbs of Savona, is now a residential neighborhood with the difference, compared to all the others, of being significantly affected by tourism. In fact, in Zinola there are around 5,000 permanent inhabitants while in the summer months the area is assiduously frequented by tourists who bring the population to peaks of 10,000 inhabitants. There are countless beach establishments in the area. The area is very well served by bus lines that stop just 100m from the building and which can take you either westwards towards the beaches of Bergeggi, Varigotti and much further, or eastwards towards Savona. Just 3 minutes by car you will have the motorway toll booth. For lovers of walking and cycling, the structure overlooks the Via Aurelia, ideal for long walks, runs or rides on the available sections of cycle path.
