Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on recovering the keys and accessing the apartment. Keys can be retrieved free of charge via smartlock on site. In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00. Alternatively, from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, key collection will take place free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa). If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to: - From 3pm to 9pm: eur 15.00; - From 9.00pm to 11.00pm: eur 25.00; - From 11.00pm to 12.00am: eur 30.00; - From midnight to 1.30am: eur 40.00.
