The rooftop terrace is ideal for outdoor meals on mild days or relaxing in the sun with complete privacy, enjoying privileged views of La Spezia and its harbor. While the Colli area is quiet and residential, parking for non-residents is limited and available for an extra fee. The easiest way to reach Seba House is by public transport. La Spezia train station is just a few minutes away, with buses or taxis easily connecting you to the apartment.
