Very nice studio of about 30 square meters completely renovated, located on the fourth floor (with elevator) of a typical court house in the central “Porta Romana” district, one of the most renowned in the entire city. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests, ideal for a couple, or a single professional. Position: The apartment is located in the heart of the “Porta Romana district”, a renowned area, safe, welcoming and full of services, just 8 minutes walking from the subway stations “Crocetta” (M3, yellow) and “Porta Romana” (M3, yellow) and 15 minutes walking from Piazza Duomo.

Neighbourhood information

Area and Surroundings The location is excellent both for those traveling for work and for those wishing to visit the city; the house is in fact silent, and is very close to bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. You can walk to the famous “5 giornate” square in less than 5 minutes and continue to the Duomo by taking a pleasant walk through the streets of the center, or take advantage of the bike-sharing services always available in the area.
