Recently renovated one-room apartment in the seaside village of Mondello, consisting of a single room of 25 square meters with bathroom with shower and kitchen.
This small apartment is equipped with all comforts: 24-hour doorman service, air conditioning/heating, wifi, 40-inch TV with all streaming platforms, refrigerator, induction hob.
Located inside a residence with swimming pool open from 15 June to 15 September (from 10am to 1pm and from 4pm to 7pm, with lifeguard service, deckchairs and umbrellas) and direct access to the sea.
Ideal for those who want to spend days of absolute relaxation: 10 minutes walk from the fine white sand beach of Mondello, 5 minutes walk from the town. In front of the residence exit there is a bus stop that takes you to Palermo (journey time 20/30 minutes)
