Property information

We welcome you to Soggiorno Madrid , Ours is cozy GUEST HOUSE with six comfortable rooms, all of which come with private en suite bathroom. Strategically located, just 900m from the central train station and the famous church of Santa Maria Novella. Every major attraction is within a short 10 to 20 minutes walk. Also, the T2 tram line that connects the train station in a short 4min ride and the Florence Airport in just 12min ride passes right in front of our Bed and Breakfast and makes moving to and from key points seamless. We will always assist you before check-in, during your stay and after it as well to make sure it will be an unforgettable one.

Neighbourhood information

Soggiorno Madrid is located in Viale Francesco Redi, 1. Piazza San Jacopino , is the center of the neighborhood , a real piece of Italy where you can feel the real Florence , relax in one of the coffe bars with a good cappuccino , aperitivo or just a good old glass of red wine . Soggiorno Madrid is within 240m from Fortezza da Basso and 300m from the Congress Palace. Leopolda exposition area is also equally distant making our GUEST HOUSE very attractive to business guests as well as leisure ones. These locations are very easy to reach with a short walk. The central train station is 900m away ( just 10min walk ) and connected also with the Tram line in a few min for guests with heavy luggage. The "Peretola" Airport is also connected by the Tram line in 12 min and the ticket costs 1,50euros.
