"Soverato con vista" is an independent house on the ground floor of a multi-apartment villa. You will enjoy an amazing view on Soverato Bay, the typical tranquility of a villa, the cool temperature of a tavern and a splendid shared garden in a well-kept and familiar atmosphere: 1 minutes far from the center of Soverato but in the calm of the "Panoramica" exclusive district. The house has also a private and dedicated parking for guests. The apartment consists of a large living room, two bedroom, a bathroom, a patio, a dedicated space for your car and an entire shared garden overlooking the Soverato bay. The living room includes a corner sofa bed for two, a kitchen complete with every comfort and an extendable table with 6 chairs. The patio includes a table and a sofa, while in the garden you will find hammock, chairs and games for children. The house is low energy consumption and totally electric with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, heat pump for hot water, heating and cooling. The house is extremely cool and quiet even in summer as it is located on the ground floor bordering the embankment on 2 sides. In the garden you can use the water pipes for cooling and sunbathing in case you don't want to go to the beach.

The "Panoramica" is the neighborhood of Soverato's villas. Located on a hill overlooking the bay of Soverato, far less than 5 minutes walk from the sea, it is quiet and full of greenery. Nearby you will find the "Santicelli Garden" owned by the municipality with an amazing view of the Bay and the Tower of Carlo V. Once you have checked in, we will provide you with the keys to the accommodation and the electric gate to access the courtyard where you will have your dedicated parking space. Soverato can be reached on foot in 5 minutes in a not very steep path. Better to travel by car: in 2 minutes on the Soverato seafront. The car is the best choice to move outside Soverato. You can also enjoy the Soverato's eletric scooter sharing network to move inside Soverato, expecially during the hot and busy August.
