We kindly ask you to let us know at the time of booking your flight number and estimated time of arrival. Check-in time is between 16:00 and 20:00, after 20:00 check-in is subject to availability and at an additional euro40, after 22:00 euro80, to be payed upon your arrival. Upon arrival, guests' documents will be taken to send them to the Italian State Police and the lease agreement will be signed, these are two obligations under Italian law. The city tax of euro 1,00 per person per night is not included in the price.

Wonderful and comfortable villa in Villasimius, 2-minute walk from the magnificent and iconic Porto Giunco beach, one of the most beautiful in all of Sardinia. With a garden on both the front and back, it is located in a condominium with private access and for this reason far from noise. The furnished verandas are perfect for enjoying relax hours or for a pleasant outdoors dinner . It can accommodate up to 4 people. The house, embellished inside with fine handcrafted furnishings, is composed as follows: kitchen, living room, 2 double bedrooms, one of them with ensuite bathroom, plus another bathroom, both of them with shower. There are 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in the main double bedroom. In one of the bedrooms there is a wall safe. The outdoor area consists of two large furnished verandas, one of which with a dining area, well-kept garden, outdoor shower, washing machine, drying rack, deck chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, crockery and table linen. Bath towels, bed linen are included and equipped with sanitization certification. It is forbidden to smoke in the house, but it is possible in the open spaces. Animals of any kind are not allowed, it is not possible to use the house for events and parties.

Porto Giunco, in Villasimius, it's one of the main beaches of Villasimius, wit its iconic tower and all Notteri's area where you can admire the pink flamingos. In few minutes it's possible to reach the center of Villasimius village, full of cocktail bars, restaurants, and a wonderfull street,closed to the traffic in the evening, with all the shops opened 'till late. From the villa it is possible to visit all the other wonderful beaches of the area in couple of minues by car, like Punta MOlentis, Cala Caterina, Porto Sa Ruxi, Cala Pira, Cala Sinzias, or book a boat tripin the Marina area of Capo Carbonara, or a golf match at the Tanka Golf. In the more interesting closer activities, you can find the Diving Center, where you will have the possibility to do diving in the Protected Marina Area.
