30 meters from the ski lifts departure, beautiful apartment finely renovated in 2023 located in Walser-style chalet made of original wood from 1600. Located in Alagna Valsesia, a typical mountain center and perfect for both summer and winter vacations. Located in the Monterosa Ski area, connected by lifts to Gressoney and Champoluc. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove and recent appliances, separate sleeping areas, bathroom with shower.
Ciao! Siamo figlio e papà e siamo super amanti di Alagna! We are father and son running this ad, and we will always be there for you. One of us will try to be there for check-in. We are often in Alagna, both in the summer and winter time. As soon as you arrive we will exchange phone numbers and you will have several people who can help you. We have several people we know in Alagna who can help guests in houses of need, including housekeepers. We have known Alagna for a long time (over 50 years) and will be happy to help you with any information we can!
Quiet neighborhood, just outside the village center and nestled among the Walser huts. Being above the village, it is possible to have views of the entire village and valley. For short stays: there is free parking at the end of the village, 10 minutes walk from the house. The area is restricted traffic, but you can access all the way to the house for loading and unloading in the early morning and late afternoon hours (outside of cableway operating hours). For long stays (seasonal): arrangements can be made for parking and limited traffic zone pass.
