The perfect base to explore Via Lattea! This sun-dappled, first-floor studio flat makes an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful ski resorts in winter and the rest of the region throughout the year. The apartment’s delightfully peaceful living area has a sofa, a large bed, a flat-screen HDTV and a dining table with seating for 3 people. A glass door leads from the living room to the wooden balcony, with a table and chairs, which has wonderful views over the forest and mountains. The open-plan fitted kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher and fridge. - A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required for under 21 years old groups. - Dogs not exceeding 15 kg are accepted. - The date on which the heating is switched on is November 1st until April 30th
