The architect designed, contemporary villa is set in one hectare of private, gated land with olive trees. Overlooks the Adriatic sea and the entire length of the south coast of Abruzzo. The house is composed of one main building (1 double bedroom, kitchen and living room, toilet) and an annexed house (we call it "the cube") with two fully equipped and independent suites (each with a double bed, single bed and toilet. The best beaches can be accessed very easily either walking (beach right below, 10min walk) or driving. The space: The main house boasts a stunning terrace with unbroken views to the sea and has a large, bright and modern dining/kitchen area with contemporary artwork and furnishings.
We are a family that during several generations has been vacationing in San Vito. We love Abruzzo...dining, mountains, natural parks and beaches, you name it. Hope you'll enjoy your stay!
Right in the middle of an olive trees field overlooking the sea. Very unique. - 3 minutes drive (or 15min walk) to San Vito Marina - 15 minutes drive to beautiful and historic Lanciano. - 45 minutes drive to Tremiti islands departure port (2 hrs total) - Very close to a variety of coastline seafood restaurants and beaches. - 15 minutes drive Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere. - 15 minutes drive to Ortona city centre. - 10 minutes drive to supermarkets (Conad super market) - 60/90 minutes to Abruzzo's National Park (rivers, nature and stunning trecks to watch the 2 seas (Adriatic and Mediterranean).
