Brand new apartment with independent access and private parking, finely restored and complete with every comfort, 10 minutes by car from Florence and 4 minutes on foot from Sesto station which takes you to the center of Florence in 15 minutes (ticket cost 1.50 euros, from 6 in the morning until after midnight), suitable for groups who want to spend short periods in Florence and Tuscany at competitive prices (but with every comfort) and in a peaceful and quiet setting.
Hi, my name is Andrea, I love to travel and to know people of different cultures. I recently decided to start this activity to share my house, after having completely renewed it, with other people who also are interested in travelling like me. I would like other people to love the beautiful town of Florence as I do.
Extremely quiet and peaceful residential area in the center of Sesto, a two-minute walk from the Sesto station through which you can arrive in exactly 20 minutes in the historic center of Florence, and can also return late (the trains run about every 30 minutes). Florence is 12 minutes away by car. on foot in a few minutes you reach the Sesto station which in 20 minutes at the cost of 1.50 euros takes you to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station, or rather in the center of Florence. The first train from Sesto to Florence is at around 6 in the morning and the last from Florence to Sesto is at 0.25, arriving at 0.40; trains run approximately every 20 minutes during the day. In Sesto there is every type of service, bars, restaurants, various parks (Oliveta, Parco di Villa Solaria), Esselunga is 7 minutes away by car and well stocked. I recommend to eat the Osteria I' quartino 4 minutes by car.
