Bright newly renovated two-room apartment a few steps from the sea, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, located on the 1st floor with lift. Private fenced parking space. Double bedroom with French bed, living area with sofa bed for 1 and a half 120 cm. Free camping cot and high chair on request. Kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, dishes and crockery. Bathroom with hydromassage shower column. Small terrace with sunset view. Washing machine. Bed linen and towels included. Paid extra: umbrella in a private beach establishment with swimming pool.

Quiet and convenient area for all services: bars, tobacconists, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, etc. within walking distance. 100 meters from the Carrarafiere exhibition complex and 500 meters from the free and equipped beaches of Marina di Carrara. 5 minutes by car from the Carrara motorway exit. Only 3.5 km away from the Avenza - Carrara railway station. Central location to easily and quickly reach the Cinque Terre, Versilia and the beautiful Carrara marble quarries.
