We provide the check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or need. In fact, during your stay we will be at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the BOOKING booking receipt for your expenses POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax The municipality of Bordighera applies for all the year a tourist tax of euro 1.50/day per person aged 12 and over (up to 15 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional persons than those declared: usually we ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often permitted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

It is 5 minutes walk (500 meters) from the free sandy beach of Baia Verde, one of the most beautiful beaches of Ospedaletti, and 15 minutes walk from the center of Ospedaletti. It has a covered parking space, WI-FI and enjoys a SEA VIEW from the terrace. The apartment is 5 km from Sanremo, 3 km from Bordighera, 30 km from Montecarlo. There is an assigned covered parking space. The dimensions of the parking space are 4.75x1.90.

It is a 5-minute walk from the free sandy beach of Baia Verde, one of the most beautiful beaches of Ospedaletti, and 15 minutes walk from the center of Ospedaletti. At 100 meters from the apartment there is the bus stop that goes on one side to Ventimiglia and on the other to Ospedaletti and Sanremo where by changing buses you can get to Imperia. In Bordighera there is the train station from where it is possible to reach any destination both in Italy and in France, very convenient for visiting the cities of the French Riviera (Menton, Montecarlo, Nice). Both in Ospedaletti and in Sanremo there are many events, singers such as the Sanremo festival, gastronomic festivals with Ligurian specialities, sporting events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix in the nearby Montecarlo, rallies of vintage cars and motorbikes that perform on the circuit of Ospedaletti, cycling and even just simple guided walks in the hinterland. Bordighera has one of the best climates on the western coast in winter, during the day, the temperature very often exceeds 20 degrees.
