The building was built in the fifties and in 2010 after a partial renovation it was rented out as property for vacation rentals. In 2024 the building underwent yet another renevation and a new reception and two Private Rooms were added to the Fragranza di Sicilia family. The value of the building is its central location, and of course, the large common terrace with an an amazing panoramic sea view. The building is just a few steps away from the town center, but at the same time it can be easily reached from the main road. The terrace is a perfect place to chill during the day, but also great for barbecue, sunbathing, and to see the breathtaking sunrise and sunset :-)
We are both passionate about our jobs - which include managing our vacation rentals and our boat excursions among many other daily duties. We love meeting new people and providing opportunities for remarkable experiences and amazing memories. Our belief is that travel and new experiences stay with us forever and we hope that our guest get to enjoy their travel experiences while staying with us in Taormina.
Taormina is a very small town, so everything you can find there - like shops, restaurants, monuments and other attractions - is very close. I recommend to visit the amazing Greek theater with Etna view, the peaceful historical public gardens, the sanctuary of Madonna della Rocca, carved in stones, the beautiful tiny Castelmola, the incredible Isola Bella beach, and of course, if you have enough time a visit to our beloved Volcano, Etna :-)
