After traveling across Europe, she decided, at the age of 25, to return to the land of her parents—a stunning and authentic corner of Sicily, where the connection with nature is deeply rooted in the culture and where one can breathe the true "Italian dream." Yet, this is also a place marked by the continuous departure of those who believe that "there is no future here." Viviana chose to see things differently: to enhance the territory and let others rediscover it through the eyes of those who experience it every day. Surrounded by two hectares of lemon groves and just 150 meters from the sea, the manor house consists of three separate residential units, each with its own private entrance. The proposed unit includes a kitchen-living room, a spacious double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
