With an uninterrupted liquid view of Lake Trasimeno, this newly renovated house has it all. It is a private and secure oasis from which to enjoy all that Umbria has to offer.
Next to the private garden there is a small beach directly at the shore of the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee from your lounger or take a refreshing swim in the lake from the jetty.
The Boathouse has a modern kitchen, two double bedrooms with kingsize beds, a large bathroom with bath and shower cabin.
The Boathouse is located in a quiet neighborhoud. Please note that due to the position close to the lake there can be little flies / mosquitos.
