An ancient house overlooking a secret and silent garden, in the heart of Como. A unique and magical place where you can relive the atmosphere of the past, immersed in an oasis of peace. Where an ancient monastery once stood, today a charming residence is reborn. The "Como Secret Garden" is a large 130 sqm apartment, an ideal holiday home for families or groups of friends. It can comfortably accommodate 7 people Composed of a large living room with king size double sofa bed, dining table, a large separate fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds, single beds and large wardrobes, two bathrooms with shower, one renovated in February 2024 smart TV with USB access, Netflix and Fire TV (Amazon TV), safe, Nespresso machine, American coffee machine, Cappuccino machine and kettle. the apartment is on the ground floor of an ancient building in the historic center and overlooks a wonderful secret garden, hidden between the walls of the ancient buildings where the gardens of the Roman domus once stood. An outdoor area will give you moments of relaxation and silence surrounded by greenery in a unique oasis in the heart of the city. Parking in a public garage 5 min walk
Hi, I'm Alessandra, I was born and I live in the beautiful and romantic historic center of Como. Of this city I know its hidden courtyards and its secret corners. I personally oversaw the renovation of this large house in the building where I live, and I would like my guests to feel at home. I love to travel and I know how nice it is to be hosted in a welcoming place full of atmosphere .. come and visit me!
you will find yourself in the heart of the city center. the house is in a quiet street within walking distance of shops, restaurants, the lakeside and the main monuments. You won't need a car for your vacation! Upon your arrival I will welcome you personally and I will be able to advise you on the best places to visit, on the shops and restaurants where you can taste the typical local and Italian cuisine, The house is in the very quiet pedestrian area. It is possible to enter the ZTL by car to unload and load luggage, upon arrival you will be asked for the license plate and the type of car. Possibility of secure paid parking nearby at a cost of 10 Euros per day, to be requested at the time of booking or a few days before arrival. 1 min walk there is a Supermaket Carrefour
