The One Luxury Home is a 60 sqm loft located in the historic center of Nappoli. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and aims to accommodate you during your stay in the city, for vacation, or even for work. The building, or better known as one of the "Four Palaces", was built towards the end of the nineteenth century, as part of the general urban restructuring plan aimed at restoring the city of Naples, today completely restored is one of the jewels that adorn Naples. The house, located on the third floor of the recently renovated building, has a bedroom and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to four people, thanks to the comfortable sofa bed located in the large kitchen / living room. The furnishings and finishes are of the latest generation. In addition, there is air conditioning in the house, and access for guests is via a numeric code key. Finally, if you are in Naples for work, we are pleased to inform you that The One is equipped with an ultra-fast fiber internet connection. We offer, as an extra, to all our Guests water, coffee, tea, and different kind of biscuits. Guests can ask for breakfast service once arrived in the apartment. For stays of at least 3 nights, The One staff is happy to offer a bottle of prosecco to its guests. The One is bookable also for events like birthdays, anniversaries and other special dates. Please remember that The One does not offer a luggage storage service. We are, however, available for storing luggage for a few hours after the check-out. Please note that the apartment is equipped with an Air Conditioning and Heating system, and that, since the territory of the Municipality of Naples (pursuant to DPR 412-93 and DPR 551-99) is classified in climate zone "C", for the 2024-25 season, the operation of heating systems is permitted between 15 November 2024 and 31 March 2025, for a maximum of 10 hours per day, in the interval between 5 am and 11 pm.

The strategic position is convenient to reach the most famous attractions of the city: San Gregorio Armeno, Underground Naples, the Basilica of San Lorenzo Maggiore and the Cathedral of Naples are really just a few minutes' walk away. The Maschio Angioino, the San Carlo Theater, the Royal Palace, Piazza del Plebiscito and Via Chiaia are also easily reachable on foot. To reach the most distant destinations, the Duomo metro stop is located right in the square that hosts The One. Taking Line 1, you can easily get to the central station, from which you can then move towards Vesuvius, or the suggestive places of the Sorrento Peninsula. The tourist pier is about 1 km away. Lovers of nightlife will love spending their evenings in nearby Piazza Bellini, a place that never sleeps, a few steps from the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples.
