All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies. Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property. Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in. Descriptions and rules: It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation. You will be asked to enter your personal data, to sign the mandatory contract with the online structure and to perform facial recognition. In the contract it will be explained that it is mandatory to deposit the required security by credit card as a guarantee, to guarantee any damage. It is forbidden to accept minors who are not accompanied by their parents. Note: We don't guarantee a response to the phone after 22:00. It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights. TOURIST TAX TO BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD (MANDATORY) Amount per day per person, per night, to be paid via payment link upon online check-in. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
