Property information

Delightful studio located in a historic building overlooking the lively seafront of the city and very close to the city center. Equipped with large living room with double bed, bathroom with bath, Wi-Fi, AC, washing machine and kitchen. The house has a non-exclusive condominium parking, which unfortunately we can not guarantee is always free 24 hours a day

Neighbourhood information

Thanks to the privileged position, right on the promenade, 2 minutes to the amazing Terrazza Mascagni and 10 minutes walking to the city center, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic view of the Mediterranean while being very close to all attractions and shops, which you can visit also with two bicycles that we offer for free.
