This neighborhood features peaceful streets and offers breathtaking views of Bellagio. Its strategic location is perfect for those who wish to explore Lake Como, including its famous villas, natural beauty, and the various towns and villages along the lake, while avoiding the crowded tourist areas. Nearby, you will find the famous Fiumelatte stream, mentioned in the works of Leonardo da Vinci. From the apartment, you can easily access the Viandante walking path, which connects various lake towns. This scenic trail winds through lush mountain greenery and offers continuous panoramic views as it ascends and descends. The Fiumelatte train station, which connects the town to other destinations around the lake, is also nearby. However, please note that the path to the station includes a 200-meter stretch along the main road without a sidewalk.
