"Tramontisulmare" chalet with large garden (1500sqm) and wonderful sea view in the BAIA-CORNINO-CUSTONACI seaside resort, only 15 min. from San Vito lo Capo. Strategic location to reach all the most popular tourist attractions in the province of Trapani. The villa is only 800mt from the beach of the same "BAIA-CORNINO". The villa consists of 2 completely independent apartments, with exclusive verandas and sea views. This apartment is so composed: Living room with kitchenette (with fridge / freezer and microwaves), double bedroom, small open space between living room and bedroom, with bunk bed, wc with shower covered veranda and terrace with sea view. In addition, outside shower cabin with Hot water, barbecue, laundry, exclusive parking. At the beach of BAIA CORNINO, for enthusiasts, there is a DIVING center, where you can organize sub courses and various dives. The three-room apartment is composed as follows: living room, kitchenette, and toilet on the mezzanine floor. The area is of high natural value, the beautiful Reserve of Mount Cofano is only 1 km from the house. The impressive and famous Grotto of the Mangiapane is only 1.5km away. The typically residential summer area is equipped with essential services Market, Tabacchi, Risto-Bar, Pizzeria and beach equipped as well as free beaches. The location is very strategic for all the major tourist excursions that the beautiful province of Trapani offers
