Palazzo Balestra is one of the oldest buildings in the area, it was built in 1736 and represented the residence of numerous Ambassadors and their families. Just a few minutes from the main attractions, you can reach Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna and Piazza Venezia in 5/10 minutes by walk. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom) with double beds, large living room with double sofa bed and dining area and fully equipped kitchenette and 2 spacious bathrooms complete with shower, bidet, sink and toilet. The view on the Vittoriano (Piazza Venezia), wooden floors, modern and elegant furnishings complete this beautiful apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of Rome within walking distance of the main attractions including Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Vittoriano... From here you can visit the historical center by walk, you don't need to move by public transport. Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia are a 5-minute walk away. 15 minutes walk to Pantheon, Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona. 20 minutes walk to the Colosseum through the beautiful Fori Imperiali. Vatican at 30 minutes on foot or by bus 64. The nearest metro station is Spagna (Piazza di Spagna) about 1 km away
