Property information

Our 80 m² Superior Three-room Apartment is composed of a living area with a double sofa bed, a TV area, a dining area with a table and chairs, and a kitchenette. The sleeping area has two large double bedrooms and a full bathroom with a windowed shower. The apartment also has a small private garden where you can leave your bicycles. The apartment is equipped with: independent entrance, heating, fan, flat-screen TV, coffee machine, electric oven, wardrobe, chest of drawers, blackout curtains, tiled floor, washing machine and clothes horse. The property is located just 600 metres from the sea in Follonica. Two single beds can be added on request. Maximum occupancy 6 people
