The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional external toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a fan, a washing machine as well as a smart TV with streaming services. Furthermore, a ping-pong table is available on the property. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area which includes a pool with a hydromassage, a jacuzzi, a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is currently not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. If the guests wish to organise events such as birthdays, weddings, etc. during their stay, the homeowner must be notified in advance.
