Our customers are personally assisted by our international service team and we are also there for you during your holiday. +++ For over 20 years, we are putting great emphasis on personal and consistent relationships with our hosts and guests. It is only through our reliable cooperation that several thousand landlords trust us, for whom we realise bookings every day. +++ After booking, you will receive the booking confirmation from us on behalf of the landlord with all details of the booking, the property description and the payment information. +++ After receiving your down payment (25%) and the final payment (approx. 4-6 weeks before the start of the rental), we will send you the rental voucher with all the information for check-in. +++ In the event that a booking needs to be cancelled, please cancel via the customer page of Booking. Payable on the spot: bed linen to bring along. hand towels to bring along. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: Late arrival after 21 pm 40 EUR per object per stay (04.04.26-26.09.26). Pets: allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.
