The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring and summer seasons passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida and Procida to Sorrento are active.
I live also in Corricella and I will be readily available for any problem
It's like time stopped here. It's a fishermen's suburb, with many coloured houses. According to the tradition, every fisherman painted his own house in a different colour in order to recognize it from afar, when returning from the sea. I recommend using the "Procida island" app, available for Ios and Android, where you will find information on ships departure timings, restaurants and bikes and scooters hires.
