Modern and bright 85 sqm 2-bedroom apartment with a pleasant 15 sqm terrace, featuring furnishings by some of the most renowned international designers. The property is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) of a building without architectural barriers. The apartment is located a stone's throw from the Bologna Fair and a short distance from the historic center. This apartment is located within P-Tower, a new residential complex built with cutting-edge materials and technologies, in terms of energy efficiency. Guests can use the shared swimming pool - open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 15th May to 15th September, from 10:00 to 20:00 h, it is located in another building, in the same complex. Guests also have at their disposal an assigned covered parking space in the shared parking lot. AC and heating are present in all rooms and can be adjusted independently. The entrance leads directly into the large living room, which overlooks the terrace, which has a table complete with its seats. The living area is furnished with a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), an armchair (complete with footrest) and a smart working station, where the 32" Smart TV is located. There's also a desk in walnut complete with drawers, as well as the area dedicated to the kitchen. The latter includes a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster and induction hob. In front of the kitchen there is a dining table, complete with a set of Danish chairs. The master bedroom is equipped with a 32” TV and furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The second bedroom offers two single beds (80 x 200 cm) which can be joined to form another double bed. The furniture is completed by a wardrobe with glass doors and a desk. The bathroom with window, is equipped with a large crystal shower box. Finally, along the corridor there is a small laundry room, where the washing machine has been placed.

The flat is located in a strategic position since it is close to the center (possibly reachable with a walk of about 10 minutes), as well as a stone's throw from the Fiera di Bologna. The area is well served by public transport and also from the point of view of shops: 50 m. from the house there is a large shopping center. Furthermore, along the adjacent Stalingrad avenue, there are several restaurants (sushi, pizzerias, trattorias), and pubs. In the immediate vicinity of the condominium there is a newsstand, a pizzeria, a bar and a bank. PARKING: The apartment is outside the limited traffic area (ZTL) and has a large covered parking space inside the condominium parking lot.
