Strategic location, a few steps from the railway station with trains to Florence (20 minutes), Pisa or Siena (1 hour). Room with private bathroom. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom for exclusive use, the rental also includes other common areas of the house such as the kitchen and laundry room with washing machine and clothesline. There is also a garden available to guests where cycle tourists can park their bikes. Tourist rental only with supply of bed linen and towels and final cleaning included in the price. Daily room cleaning services are not provided. Tourist tax not included. To be paid at check-in. My house is completely renovated with particular attention to interior spaces and eco sustainability. Almost all of the electricity is produced by the large solar system. The sun also helps heat the water for a comfortable and sustainable shower. The house is located in the village of Capraia Fiorentina. In addition to the tourist destinations easily reachable by train or car, I like to invite those who spend a few days here, to visit the small village of Capraia for a walk through its streets, among vineyards and olive trees, and enjoy a unique panorama.
