Next to Piazza della Rinascita, Pescara’s main square, also called Piazza Salotto. The apartments MaSa’ (The sea in your living room) are located 20 mt to the sandy beach, 300 mt to the train station, 200 mt to the center of Pescara’s night life. They have been completely restored and are located on the second floor in a building with an elevator, in the central Via Mazzini. They both have balconies facing the beach and they have all comforts.   SIRENA APARTMENT   TWO double bedrooms with queen size beds, TV A/C, balcony, small chest of drawers, and coat hanger   A fully equipped KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM (equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses and every accessory ..); with microwave oven, moka coffee maker and espresso machine, refrigerator and freezer, hob, dishwasher, table, chairs, TV, kettle, air conditioning, balcony with sea view   1 BATHROOM with shower, hairdryer and courtesy kit.   SEPARATE LAUNDRY ROOM (shared with the other apartment ) equipped with clothes rack, sink, washing machine and dryer, iron with ironing board, first aid kit, broom, rags;   BALCONY with wonderful sea view, as per in the photo   ALL INCLUDED WITH FREE WI-FI CONNECTION
