Beautiful property for holiday rent.
Located in the prestigious consorzio of Monte Argentario, Cala Piccola.
The villa is wonderfully located close to the Mediterranean and the private beach of the consorzio.
The villa has two levels with private entrance.
The main floor:
- Kitchen equipped with all comforts;
- Living room;
- 2 bedrooms with a king size bed, one of them with a private access to the terrace providing an amazing view of the Mediterranean;
- 3 bathrooms
The ground floor:
- Small living room;
- Double loft room with single beds and 2 double bedroom;
- 1 separate double bedroom;
- 3 bathrooms;
Villa is surrounded with a large terrace from where you will enjoy a beautiful panorama view of the surrounding nature and the Mediterranean.
