The large private garden features a lakefront gazebo with one dining table, a second table near the house, and a third on a terrace beside the gazebo. The outdoor area also includes two sun terraces, a barbecue grill, and direct lake access through a private gate. Please note: Air conditioning is available only on the upper floor. Every day, with maximum discretion, the owner or a designated person will access the boathouse to feed the cat. The cat is not allowed inside the house under any circumstances. 🌿 Garden maintenance: The gardener has regular access to the property to ensure the garden is well maintained. This will be done discreetly and without disturbing guests. 🧹 Housekeeping: A cleaning staff member enters the basement area of the villa approximately twice a week, always with full respect for guests’ privacy and comfort.
