Property for exclusive use Nestled on a Pistoia hill from which you can enjoy a beautiful panorama, the historical Villa Belforte is located in a residential area surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees and quinces. Around the house there is a lovely garden (6000 sq mt) enriched with flower pots, cypresses and other trees, completely fenced with 2 gates, wire mesh and natural hedges. At the same level of the house, there are the football goals and just below the house, via a stone staircase, you can access the rectangular equipped swimming pool (12 x 4.80 meters-1.40 m depth) with outdoor shower, a gazebo for outdoor dining, barbecue. The villa was renovated in 1990, keeping the flavor of the past intact, but it was also embellished with fine touches (original terracotta and stone floors, coloured marble and ceramics in the bathrooms etc). All systems have been recently installed. The gr. floor opens onto a large living room with wooden table, leather sofas, TV and a decorative fireplace; to its right there is a large winter garden with wicker sofas, billiard table and large windows facing the garden; to the left of the entrance there is a library with vintage books, 2 double bedrooms with direct outdoor access, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. From the living room, via 5 flights of stairs, you reach the 2nd floor opening onto a dining room with sofas, TV and decorative fireplace, a large well-equipped kitchen. On the 2nd floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one with private bathroom with tub and shower and one with private bathroom with shower. An external staircase leads to a beautiful panoramic terrace on the 1st floor, furnished with iron table and chairs; The price includes a first supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (changed weekly), electricity, water and gas (but not heating, paid upon consumption EUR 1,5 per cubic meter).
