Villa Bellavista is a detached vacation rental property located in Province of Arezzo, Tuscany. Villa Bellavista can sleep up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Offers Free Wi-Fi. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure. The tourist tax of 3 Euros per person per night applies for the first 6 nights of your stay. Children under 12 and individuals with disabilities are exempt. The tax is payable in cash upon arrival, directly to the property owner. The house heating is 60 Euros per day for the downstairs apartment ,60 Euros per day for the upstairs apartment and, 120 Euros per day payable directly to the owner.
