Villa Belò is a seaside villa. It is situated on the bay of Passo della Moneta, in the locality of the same name. Facing Caprera Island, the island of the Hero of the Two Worlds Giuseppe Garibaldi. a beautiful project that in its recent renovation (2024) kept its guidelines reminiscent of the 1970s. Simple, colourful, fresh, it recalls the typical holidays of those years. Equipped with all the necessary comforts for a minimalist holiday with the beach on the doorstep. The villa is equipped with a forced ventilation system to cool the house naturally. It also has state-of-the-art ceiling fans. It has two kitchens, one of which is on the outdoor patio. Two bathrooms with two showers. It can accommodate 8 persons in its 4 rooms (3 double french beds and 2 bunk beds). A large car park under a pergola and a pine forest at the back for an afternoon rest will make you appreciate the sea breeze. The villa faces east on the beach side and west at the back. The Mediterranean scrubland is really well cared for and offers unforgettable scents. All in all, a villa for families, teens, couples and children. The smart TV only works with a WIFI connection, it does not have an antenna (neither satellite nor traditional) Pet fee: EUR 120 per stay, upon request.
