Villa Bianca is a brand new luxury building for exclusive holidays on the Southern coast of lake Garda: built in 2018 featured by an elegant architectural style, it lies in an ideal situatiom, being just less than 300 mt from the beach of the first bay you meet , just driving on the way from Desenzano to Salò and it enjoys a breathtaking view over the whole lake. This stretch of coast is nowadays "strategic" for the summer tourism, famous not only for the equipped beach COCO BEACH, but beacuase here you can find the best restauratnts on the southern side of Lake Garda. A few km from here, there are two of the most famous Italian and European golf courses: ARZAGA GOLF and GARDA GOLF. Our Villa Bianca has 7 apartments, all furnished in a refined way with extreme care for the details, a fabulous garden and a wide sunny pool , perfect for the Summer On the top of the Villa , you will find a 130 sq. mt solarium with a breathtaking view A large private parking area is at our guests' disposal: 5 covered and 7 uncovered parking places, belonging to the property Villa Bainca has been built in conformity with the best and most updated ecological and anti-sismic rules
