Modern villa in Stresa offering a luxurious blend of design, space and style, with private pool and magnificent views over Lake Maggiore! Set in a peaceful residential area on the hillside just above Stresa overlooking the three Borromeo Islands (Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola Pescatori). The Villa Camilla has flat roofs planted with greenery and is built over two floors (each 200m²). The side of the villa facing the road is covered in local stone giving it a traditional appearance. The other sides are painted in soft pastel colours to blend with the surrounding landscape. The other side comprises a bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe with 32” TV, bathroom with resin-coated shower and last, but not least, the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with Dark Desert stone coated shower. The master bedroom comes with a spacious wardrobe and 40” TV and offers plenty of light and panoramic views over the pool.

This luxury villa is conveniently located near Stresa (1.5km away) with its narrow streets featuring cafés, restaurants and small boutiques. There’s a lovely lakefront promenade and a ferry station from where you can hop on any ferry to visit the Borromeo Islands and explore other villages and wonders of Lake Maggiore. Stresa’s railway station connects you easily with Milan, where you can shop, sightsee, or simply sip a coffee and watch the world go by in the famous Piazza del Duomo.
