Villa Casale di Rosa is located in the Province of Lucca, Tuscany. This detached vacation rental property sleeps up to 10 people with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms along with a private swimming pool. If Gas for heating is needed between April 15th to November 1st, have to be paid on the spot based on consumption. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure. The municipality of Camaiore has implemented a tourist tax. The tax amount is set at 1.5 Euros per day per person. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon arrival to the local agent.
