Villa Caterina welcomes you in an area surrounded by nature and relax offering guests two luxurious dépendance, a large swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and an outdoor kitchen. The pool area consists of sunbeds with parasols, garden rockers, outdoor shower and two bathrooms with showers. In the garden there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a large dining area overlooking the pool and a patio with relaxing sofas. Each dépendance has its own entrance, living area with sofa bed, open kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and terrace. There is a sport area with fitness zone, billiards, ping-pong table, table football. The wide spaces of Villa Caterina allow a relaxing and comfortable stay. The owner (husband and wife) staying in another building of Villa Caterina guarantees guests the exclusive use of the hospitality areas in total privacy.
Villa Caterina is surrounded by nature, just 5 minutes from the Carini (PA) highway exit. 10 minutes from the beach of Capaci and Isola delle Femmine and about 15 minutes from the beach of Mondello. From Villa Caterina you can reach the beach of Scopello in about 30 minutes. There is a large shopping center "Poseidon" few minutes by car from Villa Caterina, where you can find everything you need, including the supermarket.
