Stunning views of lake Como, the mountains from Varenna, Bellagio to Lecco. The property has a private garden of 3000m2 with many chill-out areas accessible to the guest. The breakfast can be taken inside or outside (lake and mountain view). Adjacent to the breakfast room is a private reading lounge with open fire. All those facilities are available for the guest from 8am to 11pm. the rooms (2 suites >50m2 can accommodate 4) and one double room (25 m2) have all fully renovated in suite bathrooms with walk in showers. All rooms have lake/mountain and garden view. The guest rooms are situated on the second floor and have a private access stair. All rooms have heating/air conditioning. The first floor is occupied by the owner and the ground floor is the breakfast, chill-out, reading lounge area. the villa has a total surface of 450 m2. Private parking is available at the property. The property is fully secured, and entrance is assured by digital code.
We love lake Como and are looking forward sharing our passion with our hosts. We can provide many services, renting, boats, scooters, restaurants, airport and train pickups... We are there to make you vacation a dream come true.
The Villa is situated at the end of a quit road boarded by trees and properties and in walking distance from Civenna (1km) and even Bellagio (5 km). The back of the villa are hills and forest. Civenna has 2 bars, one bakery, one supermarket and butcher, one vegetable shop, one Tabacchi. Many walking/hiking passes are available. The area is also very famous for its cycling.
