Villa degli Olivi is a beautiful holiday villa with attractive architectural features. Around the villa an extensive park of age-old olive trees, equipped with gazebo and an infinity swimming pool (size 6 x 12 m. - depth 1,20-3,00 m). Approx. 2 kilometers far from the house there is a private tennis court (dim. 18x36 mt.) to be shared only with the clients of the 3 other villas of the owners. GROUND FLOOR: access from the patio equipped for eating in the open and composed of a large sitting room with fireplace and kitchenette, bathroom with shower, laundry room with bathroom with shower and washing machine. FIRST FLOOR: can be reached both from the outside stairs and inside staircase and is composed of sitting room with sofas and single bed giving onto a panoramic balcony, double bedroom with air conditioning, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, bathroom with hydro-massage bath. ATTIC: three double bedrooms of which one with en-suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, two bathrooms of which one with shower and one with bath. All the 4 bedrooms of the attic are equipped with air conditioning. HEATING ON PAYMENT (ON CONSUMPTION).

The villa is situated just outside Castiglion Fiorentino, a typical Tuscan town on the hills of the Valdichiana. Today it's a busy but tranquil town which offers its visitors numerous cultural events planned throughout the year, town festivals and folkloristic shows as well as the many historic and artistic treasures of considerable value. The city of Arezzo is approx. 20 km away.
