Beach & Sea The nearest equipped beach is Bagni Pria Pulla, located about 2 km from the villa. That means you can reach it in just 4 minutes by car or enjoy a scenic 30-minute walk. Within less than 10 minutes by car, you can access practically everything: 🏖️ 1. Seafront & Beaches Lungomare Fabrizio De André: A long, scenic promenade connecting Arenzano to Cogoleto—ideal for walking or biking. Beaches: Both beach clubs and free public areas; the sea is clear, and facilities are family-friendly. 🌿 2. Villa Negrotto Cambiaso Municipal Park A beautiful park with centuries-old trees, exotic plants, free-roaming peacocks, and wide green lawns.
