Property information

The Villa is located at 10 Km from the Rolo Reggiolo Highway exit, very easy to get to by the the rpovincial road. Just a 45 minutes drive from the Emilia or Bologna high-speed Reggio Train Stations. The original building dates back to the 18th century, and was renovated in 2004. Now stands in an agricultural area near the city center, close to all the markets and services. The interiors of the house were finished throughout with ceramic and wood floors. The house is located in a 50,000 m2 fenced park with two entrances. The park consists of a big well-kept garden, small woods with a lake with a bridge and a fountain. At the backyard there is a private garden with a swimming-pool for the summer season. The Villa also has a large garage and a square.
