PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. ***USE OF BEDROOMS. - ONLY THE BEDROOMS NECESSARY TO ACCOMMODATE THE EXACT NUMBER OF GUESTS BOOKED WILL BE OPENED. OTHER ROOMS WILL REMAIN LOCKED. - SUITE WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY WITH TOTAL CAPACITY OCCUPIED OR UPON REQUEST AT EXTRA CHARGE. ***DEPOSIT DEPOSIT: A security deposit of 500 euros is required, payable prior to arrival at the villa. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out, upon verification of the condition of the property. Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: Double bed (1.60x1.90), two bedside tables, 38'' TV and large closet. Double Room: Two queen-size beds (1.20x1.90), small table and large closet. Triple Room: Square and a half bed (1.20x1.90) and two bunk beds (80x1.90). Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, one complete with shower and one service bathroom without shower. First Floor. Suite: Wooden staircase leads to the 45 sq m suite with balcony and views of the pool and mountains. Double bed (1.60x1.90), two end tables, TV cabinet and 42'' TV. Bathroom with two sinks, large shower, whirlpool bath and sauna. Outdoor Spaces. Saltwater Pool: Swimming pool with waterfall and slide. Outdoor Area: Outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining table, four deck chairs, outdoor bathroom with shower, hammock, sitting area and table soccer.
