The villa is adjacent to the historic stone path of via Sant Anna, leading either to La Spezia town (approx. 15 minutes walking distance) or further uphill to the Cinque Terre. (Approx. 3 hours walk through the dreamy forest, to the first village of the Cinque Terre – Riomaggiore or Porto Venere.) The train station in La Spezia is 8 minutes’ drive from the villa and trains run to the Cinque Terre almost every hour. (Taxi fare is around EUR 20. —to the Main Station) The bus stop with regular service is 200 meters from the house. The ferry port and the seafront are 15 minutes driving distance from the villa. The well-known and historic restaurant La Gira (1870) is a few minutes’ walk from the house. An excellent pizzeria and an osteria can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. A small grocery store is also in the immediate vicinity, 5 minutes from the house. The Villa has 2 adjacent private parking spaces next to the house, which can be reached via an unpaved, small road (2.40 m wide). Currently this is only possible with a smaller car. The distance from the house to the street, with free parking along the main road, is 180 meters.
